USA orders are shipped via USPS first class parcel or priority mail. Please allow 2-5 business days for your package to be packed and shipped. I do my best to get packages out within 1-2 days, but keep in mind that it’s just me, and sometimes I need more time. *If you use a free shipping code, your package will ship at the lowest priced rate available. **During the Covid Pandemic, free shipping will go out via USPS or UPS, depending on what's happening in my neighborhood each week. To avoid long lines and crowds, I may use one service over the other. ***Until further notice, I am shipping packages on Tuesdays and Fridays only.
When your order is packed, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please use this number to check the status of your package here. Once the package is out of my hands, I have no further information or control, and any questions about delivery should be sent to the USPS.

NOTE: Farbrook Studio is not responsible for unexpected delays once packages have been accepted by the courier for shipping. Farbrook Studio is also not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If you wish to add additional insurance to your shipping fee, contact me.
USA orders may be returned.
INTERNATIONAL orders ship via UPS or USPS. I recommend UPS as it is faster, easier, and more reliable but the choice is up to you.
It is illegal for Farbrook Studio to mark an international shipment as a gift or to misrepresent the package’s value.
Customer is responsible for any duties or import fees. If you decline a package due to an unexpected fee and the package is returned to me, no refund will be issued. This policy is firm.
International orders are FINAL SALE / NO RETURNS. This policy is firm.
Return requests must be made within 5 days of receipt. After 5 days, all sales are final. Your returned package must be postmarked within 5 days of return authorization. 5 days after authorization, all sales are final.
Goods must be in new, unworn, undamaged condition with all tags and packaging intact. Farbrook Studio reserves the right to deny a refund if returned goods do not meet policy requirements. In this case, I will offer you the option of having the package returned to you, at your expense.
Refunds will be made to your original form of payment. Please allow time for your refund to clear with your bank. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Exchanges are not possible, due to the way the commerce platform works. If you want a different size or color, please complete a return and create a separate order.
Sale items are FINAL SALE / NO RETURNS.
International orders are FINAL SALE / NO RETURNS.
To make a return, follow these steps:
- Click this link to contact me. In your message, list your full name, address, order number, and reason for return.
- Wait for my response: I will send you a return address.
- Pack your items securely (you can re-use the poly mailer, which has a second adhesive strip) and consider insuring your package; I cannot offer refunds for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Include the original packing slip with your returned items.
- You can use any courier you choose, and you are welcome to send me a tracking number.
- Keep an eye on your email. When I complete your refund, you will receive an automated email confirming the transaction.
Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 10ish am - 5ish pm EST. Messages received on Fridays after 12pm, Saturdays, and Sundays will be answered the following Monday.

I am committed to doing everything I can to ensure that your experience here is positive, and I appreciate your patience and understanding when I am not able to respond to your inquiries immediately.
